Anti Inflammatory Breakfast potatoes



AI Breakfast Potatoes
1/4-1/2 c cooked chicken
1 zucchini
1/4 head of cabbage sliced thin
1 large sweet potato
1 green bell pepper (or red)
1 t crushed garlic
coconut or olive oil
1/4 t oregeno
1 t basil
1 t salt

Saute the potatoes with garlic and oil until a little translucent  Throw in the rest of the veggies, cooked chicken (or sausage) and spices and cook until easily chewable.
Put extra salt on top if needed. If you are not on a anti-inflam diet, then you can use ketchup with it as well.
