Breezy "pink" Smoothie
1 1/2 c strawberries (frozen)
2 c almond milk
1/2 c sunflower seeds
2 heaping cups of spinach
1 c GF oats
1 c GF oats
1 t spirulina
1 T probiotic
1 banana
1 small shake of Stevia pwdr
1 banana
1 small shake of Stevia pwdr
1/8 c flax seeds
(If you have Alfalfa tablets throw 2 in)
2 T coconut oil
1 c crushed ice
Pour in the Almond milk and strawberries first. (that way while you are getting out the other ingredients the strawberries can soften up a bit so your blender can handle them)
Throw in the rest of ingredients and blend until perfectly smooth.
Perfect for breakfast and it fills you up!
