Creamy Buckwheat cereal w/turkey sausage

2 cups of Buckwheat 
5 cups water
1/2 t salt
add 1 t lemon juice (I just squeezed most of half a lemon in)
1/8-1/4 c frozen mixed berries
(dang if this wasn't anti-flam I would add honey or stevia and agave)

Boil water with salt. Add buckwheat and cook until it's soft to chew. (Don't use a lid on your pan or you'll have runny mush)
 Add in lemon juice and mixed berries. Stir.  Serve with Banana milk or Almond milk   (don't go crazy on using those bananas since sweeteners are out of the mix. I'd only eat 1 banana a day at the most.


Cook a side of turkey sausage or bacon.
(The protein will help your sugars not to spike) 

*Never worry about leftovers if it makes too much. You can put them in portion size bags in the freezer and heat them up for a quick grab meal.


Banana Milk
1 frozen banana
2 cups of almond milk
