Peanut butter blueberry shake


This is a great shake that provides both some protein and some leafy greens- Really good-

Peanut butter blueberry shake
About 1/2 cup of Adams peanut butter
2 handfuls of blueberries
2 ripe bananas
3 large kale leaves
1 T flax seeds
handful of chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk (or more as needed)
1/2- 1 cup of crushed ice
