Dinner
- Chicken Chili with sweet potato and white beans *I just threw all ingredients into the crock pot Easy peasy
- Stuffed peppers
- Cauliflower tortilla tacos
- Chicken, Sweet potato and coconut curry
- Veggie Curry over millet *omit stevia
- veggie burgers
Snacks and Treats
- Broccoli cupcakes with carrot frosting *use sunflower seeds instead of cashews
- Carrot sticks, olives and other veggies with hummus
