AMAZING sandwich bread!

This my friends is probably one of the best posts I have posted- This recipe brings you back to earth and makes you feel normal, and gourmet! It's fabulous!
 Sun-dried tomato waffle bread!

I know waffle bread has become a huge hit amongst gluten free-ers. I tried making gluten free waffles and making it into a sandwich but I didn't like it.  This recipe is amazing taste wise and it holds together extremely well. Soft, not gooey, and definitely not crumbly. Praise be to the amazing recipe from Silvana Nardone.  I got the recipe from her book "Cooking for Isaiah".

This recipe is hers, but I adapted the flour for my own personal needs- *The flour is what makes this work so well- please don't substitute-  Refer to Here for my adapted flour recipe
