Cookie Drops (Egg free)



Cookie Drops
1 1/2 c gf  flour
1c garbanzo bean flour
1c sugar 
1/4 c flax seed
1/4 arrowroot
1 t xanthom gum
1t baking soda
1 t salt
3/4 butter
6 T unsweetened applesauce
2 T GF Vanilla Extract
3/4 bag chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients together and drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet

Cook 325 degrees for 10 minutes- or golden brown

The dough itself is gross to eat (so don't eat it)
But when they're cooked they are fabulous.

** You could substitute the butter for coconut oil and the sugar for another sweetener of your choice


Also I recently received a GF book for my birthday- My pops in law gave me it- aw.
It's  called "Cooking for Isaiah"
I'm not a huge meat person, never have been. But there are definitely some recipes I'll have to try out. I'm excited to try making her pizza crust-  (I'm going to have to invest in a brick stone- Not sure where to start)
And the recipes are dairy free as well.
And it's Rachel Ray approved- yay! :P
