Crock pot Lemon Dill Chicken




















Crock pot- Lemon Dill Chicken


1/4 c coconut oil
3 large lemons (juiced- zest all of them completely!)
1 t salt
1 clove garlic
pepper
1/2 t paprika
16 oz of fresh mushrooms sliced
1 T dill weed
6 Chicken tenderloins


Throw everything in the crock pot and cook for about 4 hrs or so until chicken is done or to your liking.
Serve over brown rice (must!)  Very enjoyable with broccoli as a side dish (and I'm not a huge broccoli lover but it's fabulous, the juice from the meal mixes with the broccoli on your plate and it's amazing!)

The mushrooms soak up all the lemony flavor and it's divine.  Just sayin. Can't get enough of this dish.
