Breakfast Berry Bars


Breakfast berry bars
(Gluten, corn and dairy free)


Dry Ingredients:

2 c GF oats (non instant)
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/4 c creamy buckwheat cereal (or sprouted buckwheat) *optional
1/4 c chia seeds
1/8 c flax seeds
1/8 c coconut flakes
1/3 c coconut sugar
1/2 t salt
1/4 -1/2 c dairy free chocolate chips *optional
1 t baking powder 
1 c any berry (frozen or fresh)

Wet:
Whisk 1 large egg or 2 small eggs
2 c almond milk
1 T vanilla


Preheat oven. Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Get out a 9x13 pan and evenly spread out the dry mixture. Pour the wet ingredients slowly and evenly over the top. Gently shake until mixture soaks down into the wet. Throw into oven for 40 minutes.

375 degrees for 40 minutes
