I was never a crazy pbj fan. But becoming a Gluten Freeness woman I have craved it like crazy@?! Like what the heck. Well here's to satisfying my taste buds. I made it with pear slices.
(I even used almond butter instead of peanut)

You could even do apple slices if you like.
Wish I had thought of this genius idea myself, but sadly I didn't- I saw this off of Studio5, bless their hearts for hiring a gal who knows the gluten free world.
